3. Now fully tighten the EVC adapter.
…it can still pivot slightly, with the multiple ‘fingers’ of the adjustable collet acting like a slightly malleable ball-joint, for fine-tuning.
4. Now back-off the zoom to 0x and you have a perfectly centred 007/scope setup.
Please note:
This unit will not work on any scopes with shorter ocular less then 25mm between the end of the ocular and the reticle illumination control.

Got this in the post today, prompt delivery thanks. First impressions are that it’s very well engineered and all parts were well protected for transit. I bought it to go over the ridged diopter rings of three original MTC Mamba Lites that I’ve got on an air rifle, .22RF and .223 Rem. The adjustable adapter easily went on to them and locked solidly. The interconnect to the Pard bayonet fitting has a very fine thread but fits well and I’m going to leave that in place so that the whole thing stays as one unit. The Pard fits on to it more smoothly than their own adapters do.
When in place there was no movement in the system and adjustment to get a clear image was quick and easy. I’m looking forward to getting out and using this.
A very nice rubber eyecup came with the adapter and can be screwed in place of the interconnect. Since I’m leaving my adapter as one unit it would be good to see either an eyecup with a Pard male fitting available or an adapter with a Pard male fitting to screw onto the provided eyecup.
A very nice piece of kit and good value for money at the sale price.

I have just bought a Pard NV 007A and like many others have sourced a better scope mounting solution than that supplied with the Pard. In my case, after a lot of deliberation I have bought a Pard NV007 Scope Holder Tube Replacement Night Vision Kit from Masood at Eaglevisioncam. There are cheaper adapters out there and I cannot comment on those. What I can say however is that Eaglevisioncam mount is superbly designed and manufactured to a very high standard which justifies the price. It is designed to fit scopes with an occular bell diameter of 40mm to 46.5mm with I have two Hawke Airmax scopes, it fits the one with the 43mm diameter occular bell perfectly. My other “compact” scope has a 39mm diameter bell so I have had to make a shim for that to get it to fit, but it does and works fine. It’s the perfect solution in my opinion because it allows you to swap the Pard onto different scopes in seconds without having to have different pemanently fixed Pard mountings.
