Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Definitions
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
1.1 “We” refers to EagleVisionCam Ltd.
1.2 “Goods” or “Items” means the goods or services supplied by EagleVisionCam Ltd.
1.3 “Customer” means the person or company who purchases or agrees to purchase goods or services from EagleVisionCam Ltd.
2. General
2.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all goods supplied by us.
2.2 No contract exists between the Customer and us for the sale of any goods or services until we have received and accepted your order and have received full payment (in cleared funds). Once payment is confirmed, a binding legal contract is formed between us.
2.3 An acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via email when you place your order. However, acceptance of your offer to purchase goods will only occur once payment is received and confirmed. At this point, a binding legal contract is created.
2.4 We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice for future sales.
2.5 The contract is subject to the Customer’s right of cancellation (see Section 9).
2.6 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
2.7 We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused to any property, person, or item as a result of a purchase from EagleVisionCam.com.
All items are purchased and used at the Customer’s own risk.
3. Description of Goods
3.1 The description and price of the goods you order will be as displayed on EagleVisionCam.com at the time of your purchase.
3.2 All goods are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3.3 Certain items, such as software, licenses, and subscriptions, may be subject to additional terms and conditions or usage limitations.
4. Price of Goods
4.1 Every effort is made to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate. However, if an error is discovered, we will contact you to reconfirm your order at the correct price or give you the option to cancel the order.
4.2 If we do not receive a response to our order correction request within 7 days, the order will be cancelled, and you will be notified via email.
4.3 In addition to the price of the item, you may be required to pay:
4.3.1 Delivery charges
4.3.2 Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes
5. Payment
5.1 Payment for goods and delivery charges can be made using any of the methods listed on our website at the time of purchase.
5.2 Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
5.3 Goods will not be shipped until cleared funds have been received.
Delivery
6.1 Orders placed will be despatched as soon as possible (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) as per the delivery option selected, provided no additional security checks are required, cleared funds are received and all items are in stock.
6.2 The goods you order will be delivered to the delivery/shipping address given when you place your order.
6.3 If delivery cannot be made to your delivery/shipping address due to loss in postage either through the carrier or the item not being declared at the address, then EagleVisionCam.com is not liable for replacement of the item.
6.4 If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods when delivery is attempted, then EagleVisionCam.com may: 6.4.1 store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs of storage; or 6.4.2 sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) credit you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.
6.5 If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, EagleVisionCam.com shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods less any expenses incurred for failed delivery, providing the goods have been returned to EagleVisionCam.com in good condition.
6.6 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, EagleVisionCam.com will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery.
6.7 Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by EagleVisionCam.com in advance of the quoted delivery date.
6.8 Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If for any reason you are unable to check the contents of the package at time of delivery, please sign for the parcel as UNCHECKED. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
6.9 Claim of NON Delivery – when quoted delivered will be investigated. All investigations will take up to 30 days, this is for a statement from Couriers (to allow a full investigation). No refund or replacement will be applied until the investigation is completed. No compensation is offered in the event of this happening.
6.9a All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery; after that, EagleVisionCam.com accepts no responsibility.
6.9b If the receiver alters, changes, or makes any correction to the delivery address without the prior consent of EagleVisionCam.com, then EagleVisionCam.com will NOT be responsible in any way for the item becoming lost. If the receiver makes a change to the delivery method or address after purchase, EagleVisionCam.com becomes totally NON responsible for any failure in delivery.
6.9c Ring doorbells or any other form of communication with the delivery person — with the receiver giving instructions — deems the parcel as received. If a parcel is placed at the request via a Ring Doorbell or any other type of communication and results in the parcel being lost afterwards, it deems the parcel as received by the customer, and EagleVisionCam.com is not liable in any way for the lost parcel or contents, and no refund will be offered. Any message left using an electronic doorbell or any other type of device giving instructions to place a parcel anywhere other than in the hands of the receiver deems the parcel delivered to the customer.
6.9d If you have made a purchase that qualified for free postage over the threshold and then return items for any reason, which subsequently calculates the revised sale total down to not qualify for the free postage threshold, EagleVisionCam.com will deduct the cost of the postage charge we paid to send you the items from the refunded amount. We have to bring in this rule due to it being abused by some customers.
6.9e If the item, faulty or non-faulty, was received by a free postage method, then the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.

- 7.1: The goods are at the buyer’s risk as soon as they are delivered.

9. Your Right of Cancellation
- 9.1: Customers have 7 days to cancel the contract after receiving the goods.

- 9.4: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the return, minus shipping costs.
- 9.5: If goods are not returned as required, the supplier can charge the cost of recovering the goods.
- 9.6: Returns may not be fully refunded if the items are not in suitable condition for resale, and a restocking fee of 30% may apply for non-faulty or used items.
10. Returns
- 10.1: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- 10.1A: Faults must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- 10.2: An RMA number is required to return an item.
- 10.3: Outgoing postage will not be refunded for non-faulty items.
- 10.4: The supplier will not cover requested return postage costs, except for faulty items.
- 10.5: If the item is not faulty, the customer must cover return postage costs.
- 10.6: The supplier may dispute “faulty” claims until the item is inspected.
- 10.7: Used or damaged items returned after purchase may not qualify for a refund.
- 10.8: Bundle sales must be returned in full, with all items in unused condition.
- 10.9: Faulty parts of a bundle must be reported within 24 hours, and returns for faulty parts after 30 days are the customer’s responsibility.
