Dispatch Days & Time
Orders are typically dispatched the same day or within 1–3 working days, depending on the time the order is placed and public holidays.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday at 12:00 PM (midday).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery (UK)
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
Please note that Saturday delivery is not included in the Next Day service.

We offer the following delivery options:

Delivery fees:
£4.50 – £15.00 depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
International Shipping Services
For international orders, we mainly use FedEx, but we may also use DHL, UPS, DPD, or other carriers depending on availability and reliability in your country.
Fees:
- £10.00 – £28.00 – Standard International Delivery
- £20.00 – £55.00 – International Express Delivery
Please note that some remote areas may have higher shipping costs.
If the shipping fee is higher than expected, we will contact you to either pay the difference or cancel the order.

Shipping times depend on local postal services and customs processing, which may occasionally cause delays.
Please note that delivery times for both postal and express services cannot be guaranteed due to possible customs delays.
Tracking
All UK and international postal deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and can be tracked at:
www.royalmail.com
For some international shipments, tracking may only be active while the parcel is within the UK.
Tracking updates will resume once the parcel reaches your destination country and enters the local postal system.
A tracking number or link will be sent by email by our third-party delivery partner once your parcel has been prepared for shipment. Please ensure you provide a correct email address when placing your order.
If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder, as the message may occasionally be filtered there.
International Customs & Fees
International customers receive a 20% price reduction because UK VAT is removed from the order.
However, your country may charge import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes on shipments outside the UK. We recommend checking these charges before placing an order.

If a parcel is refused, not collected, or customs fees are declined, the return shipping cost may be 2–3 times higher than the original shipping fee. Any additional costs will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds & Replacements
If a parcel is delayed or lost, we offer refunds or replacements after the following timeframes:
- UK: after 15 working days
- Europe: after 31 working days
- Rest of the World: after 45 working days
