We do our very best to keep customers happy and will do everything we can to assist in the unlikely event that things are unsatisfactory.

Notifications of returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order and goods must be returned within a further 7 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for all goods that are returned for refund or exchange,
(shipping fees are not refundable).

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange for the following reasons:

  1. If it is more the 7 days since receipt.
  2. If goods have been used.
  3. If goods are returned without the original packaging.
  4. If goods have been damaged; such as scratches or dents etc.
  5. If some component parts are missing.

Any items sold under ‘Sale or clearance’ cannot be refunded or exchanged.
A copy of your proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend you use a method of posting with a tracking service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that have been lost in transit.

When your item has been received, we shall make a full inspection, notify you to acknowledge receipt and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to original method of payment.
