We do our very best to keep customers happy and will do everything we can to assist in the unlikely event that things are unsatisfactory.
Notifications of returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order and goods must be returned within a further 7 days.
You can notify us as follows:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for all goods that are returned for refund or exchange,
shipping fees are not refundable, most of the times we pay more then what we charge for shipping ( what we paid will be detected from your payment)
If you had free shipping offer or we paid more then what you paid for shipping we still detect the cost of what we paid to postal service to ship your order.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange for the following reasons:
- If it is more the 7 days since receipt.
- If goods have been used.
- If goods are returned without the original packaging.
- If goods have been damaged; such as scratches or dents etc.
- If some component parts are missing.
Any items sold under ‘Sale or clearance’ cannot be refunded or exchanged.
A copy of your proof of purchase must be included with the returned item.
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend you use a method of posting with a tracking service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that have been lost in transit.
When your item has been received, we shall make a full inspection, notify you to acknowledge receipt and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to original method of payment.
