  • Set of Allen Keys
  • Extra Spare Screws and Rubber Balls (for replacement and long-term use)

Pressure Calculation:

  • Maximum Screw Torque: 15-20 inch-pounds of force (1.68-2.25 Nm Newton Meters).

Installation Safety:

  • Air Bottle Removal: Ensure the air bottle is removed and fully emptied of air before starting the installation process to avoid any accidents.

 

FX Impact Rifle Replacement Rail Installation Instructions:

  1. Unboxing and Tool Preparation: Ensure all necessary tools are included in the kit. This will typically include screwdrivers, a replacement rail, and screws. Check for the presence of rubber balls and the M4 screws.
  2. Removing the Original Rail: Begin by carefully removing the existing rail from your FX Impact rifle. Keep track of the screw types and lengths as they may vary, ensuring proper placement during reassembly.
  3. Mounting the Replacement Rail: Position the new rail onto the rifle. It is designed to align perfectly with the pre-existing screw holes. Gently place the rail into position, ensuring it sits securely.
  4. Screws and Fastening: Use the original screws to mount the new rail onto the rifle. Carefully tighten each screw, ensuring that the rail is securely fastened but not over-tightened.
  5. Rubber Balls Installation:apply grease to the top surface of the rubber balls. This will help prevent them from coming off during use, ensuring a secure and stable fit once the rail is mounted
  6. Magazine Holder Adjustment: Adjust the rubber balls on the magazine holder to ensure there is no interference with the magazine. You may need to adjust the tension by tightening or loosening the M4 screws located at the top of the rail. Test the magazine fit by sliding it in. Proper adjustment prevents any scratching and ensures smooth insertion and removal.
  7. Final Check: Once the rail is secured and the rubber balls are adjusted, perform a final check to ensure everything is in place. Make sure the rail is sturdy, the magazine fits correctly, and there are no loose components.

Your new rail should now be securely installed, offering both stability and functionality for your FX Impact rifle. Enjoy your enhanced shooting experience!
