Time & Fees

We use Royal Mail to ship your orders. You can track your order at www.royalmail.com or via your country’s postal service website. Please note that tracking availability varies by country and may only become active once the parcel reaches your country.

Dispatch Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • UK: 1-7 working days (in some cases, up to 15 working days)
  • Europe: 7-15 working days (in some cases, up to 31 working days)
  • USA: 7-22 working days (in some cases, up to 31 working days)
  • Rest of the World: 7-45 working days

Please note that shipping times are subject to your local postal service’s handling.

Refunds and Replacements:

In case of delays or lost parcels, we offer refunds or replacements as follows:

  • UK: After 15 working days
  • Rest of the World: After 31 working days

UK Delivery Fees:

  • £4.50 – Standard Delivery (any quantity)
  • £5.80 – First Class Delivery (any quantity)
  • £9.00 – Next Day Service (any quantity)

Dispatch Days:
Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:00 AM.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM on a dispatch day will be processed on the next dispatch day.

Example:
If you place a Next Day Service order on Monday at 11:00 AM, it will be processed on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, as deliveries are not made on Saturdays.

International Delivery Fees:

  • £14.00 – Standard International Delivery (any quantity)
  • £32.00-£55.00 – International Express Delivery (2-6 days)

We typically use DHL, FedEx, or TNT for express shipping, depending on reliability.

Please note that if you refuse to collect the parcel or decline to pay the associated customs fees, the return shipping cost may be 2–3 times higher than the original shipping fee. In such cases, this additional cost will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes:

  • Please refrain from contacting us for every movement of your parcel. Tracking may sometimes show “delivered” in a different location, indicating that your parcel has reached a local depot and will be forwarded within 1-3 days to your final destination.
  • If you do not receive your parcel within the estimated timeframes mentioned above, please contact us for assistance.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes on shipments outside the UK.
